Riviera is a planned community which is designed to the last detail to provide a harmonious, beautiful environment for its residents. Riviera's master plan was developed by Robert Mortensen, the renowned American landscape architect who was the President of the American Society of Landscape Architects, and considers all of the levels, views, plantings, trees, and placement of all buildings and roads. All buildings in the Community are designed by Bill Poss & Associates, the famous American architect based in Aspen, Colorado, U.S.A., whose works have been published in Architectural Digest. The style of the community is country-sophisticated, with elements of Russian traditional architecture, with the predominant materials being stone, glass, and timber.

Every one of Riviera's nine prestigious residences is waterfront, with wonderful views over the Istra Reservoir and direct access to the water.

Riviera is subject to strict architectural control and strict controls over height, setbacks, and buildable area, in order to ensure that the unique beauty and aesthetic harmony of Riviera is preserved for generations to come.

The common facilities of Riviera are owned collectively by the residents, who also exercise full control over the operation and management of the Community.
