All Riviera Residences are custom designed
to suit each owner. The purchaser chooses a free land site
and determines the approximate number of square meters (minimum
550m2). The purchaser executes a package of contracts including
(a) purchase-sale agreement with respect to the land plot;
(b) documents regulating membership in the Community Association;
(c) construction contract with respect to the house. Fifty
percent of the purchase price is paid upon execution of these
documents; the balance of the purchase price is paid during
the course of construction. Purchasers must guaranty that
financing will not be interrupted during the course of construction.
After execution of contracts, the purchaser
explains his requirements with regard to configuration, size,
rooms, and floor plan of the house to be built. Riveria's
architect, working together with Bill Poss & Associates,
designs the house according to the style of the Community,
but with the configuration, size, rooms and floor plan to
suit the purchaser.
After obtaining official approvals for
the final design, construction begins and is completed according
to an agree schedule (approximately eight months for a 550m2
house).
