Riviera is provided with all services necessary to enjoy country living to the fullest without any headaches of maintenance or upkeep.

Security & fire safety 24-hour, on-site, armed security takes care for the safety of your family, patrolling the perimeter of the Community, constantly monitoring the situation with extensive technical systems including video monitoring and remote sensors, monitoring each house from a central control panel, and controlling access to the Community according to a strict access control regime. Fire alarm systems in every house are centrally monitored.
Landscape maintenance The beautiful landscaping at Riviera is professionally maintained with constant attention to watering, weeding, fertilizing, trimming, and mowing, to ensure exquisite surroundings in all seasons.
Technical maintenance All of the houses of Riviera, and all of the common facilities, are maintained by the Community's own team of specialists who are on call 24/7 to solve any technical problems which might occur.
Concierge Riviera provides concierge service for running errands and solving small household problems.
Telecommunications Riviera is served by a high speed digital trunk, and all residences have access to an unlimited number of telephone lines as well as high speed internet connections. The Community has its own Intranet, e-mail system, and internal switchboard, for easy coordination of Community activities and communication with the Community's management and among the residents. Residents may themselves monitor the Community's security cameras in real time over the Community's Intranet.
