A unique advantage of Riviera is that all
residents are members of the Riviera Yacht Club, which provides
residents with a wide variety of sports and entertainment.
| The Club provides all necessary facilities
to enjoy the splendid boating on the Istra Reservoir.
A 15-meter floating dock offers space for residents' own
sail or power boats up to 7 meters. Onsite boat storage
facilities are available. The Club will own a selection
of watercraft and water ski equipment for use by the residents
on an hourly or daily basis. |

| The Club will have outdoor tennis court
next to the clubhouse which can be booked by the residents.
The court will be professionally maintained, and a variety
of necessary supplies and equipment including balls, rackets
for loan, etc., will be available at the clubhouse. Professional
instruction can be arranged. |
| Istra Reservoir freezes solid in the winter
time, providing a superb venue for snowmobiling, cross
country skiing, and ice skating. Snowmobile storage and
maintenance facilities will be provided by the Club. |
The Club is owned by the members and exists
for their sake. Budgets and all operating decisions concerning
the Club are confirmed by the members.
